Forté is pleased to announce the release of Agent 3.3. Continuing our commitment to provide high-quality software to our customers in a timely fashion, Agent 3.3 includes the following updates, based on input from Agent users:

Database Recovery Tool

Agent now provides a tool for repairing damaged folders and recovering deleted messages to folders.

Secure Communications

Agent supports the StartTLS command for outbound email (SMTP) servers, enhancing SSL support first offered in Agent 3.2.

Bug Fixes

We've addressed issues in a number of areas, including email, personas, task management and general functionality.

Agent Premium News (APN) Promotion

Additionally all registered Agent 3.0 users who have not yet taken part in our APN promotion will receive a free 7 GB account for 3 months (21 GB total download) for our Agent Premium News (APN). Forté's APN service allows you to experience Agent's multiple news server capability using our high-speed Usenet servers.
